In order to continue to receive the extended parts and labor warranty on your HVAC system the manufacturer requires you to receive at least one annual maintenance service on your system.

Below, please see Manufacture Requirements per the manufacturer Warranty Docs:

Daikin:  This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that appear under normal use and maintenance.  This Warranty does not cover Damage or the need for repairs resulting from any improper use, maintenance, operation or servicing.  Daikin will furnish a replacement part, without charge for the part only, to replace any part that is found to be defective due to workmanship or materials under normal use and maintenance.  Written records of annual maintenance must be kept and can be required to provide records in order to honor warranties.

Lennox:  Proper maintenance of your HVAC system is required for continued warranty coverage.  Lennox recommends a twice-yearly planned service and maintenance plan.  Written records of annual maintenance must be kept and can be required to provide records in order to honor warranties.

Goodman:   This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that appear under normal use and maintenance.  This Warranty does not cover Damage or the need for repairs resulting from any improper use, maintenance, operation or servicing.  Replacement parts will be provided, without charge for the part only, to replace any part that is found to be defective due to workmanship or materials under normal use and maintenance.  Written records of annual maintenance must be kept and can be required to provide records in order to honor warranties.

We offer this maintenance for $39.95 per system as well as a Savings Club Agreement which includes a semi-annual maintenance for the length of the agreement as well as other benefits for HVAC, plumbing and electrical departments.
