49-point precision AC tune-up and professional semi-annual cleaning
Professional semi-annual cleaning is performed during each scheduled Protection Plan visit in non-peak seasons. It is the cleaning included with that visit. Does not include filter changes or chemical cleanings to the coils.
Drain line flush and pan tab treatment at each semi-annual visit; clear line 30-day guarantee
43-point whole-home plumbing inspection and water heater flush annually
