The Cornerstone Pros team cares about your comfort, so we are pleased we can keep our business open as an essential service to continue to serve you. For the welfare of our customers and employees—our family, we are elevating our protocols for safety and cleanliness to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
We’re sharing this information so you can feel comfortable relying on us to protect your home’s indoor air, heating, cooling, electrical and plumbing systems while you need them more than ever before.
If someone in your home is sick, please tell us before we arrive so we can discuss ways to safely provide the service you need. Similarly, we are monitoring our employees’ health very closely and asking anyone with symptoms or suspected contact to stay home.
The technicians, installers and sales support staff on our crews will be following enhanced safety procedures and using kits to protect themselves and your family while they’re in your home. They are limiting physical contact to keep you safe, so please do not be offended when they stand farther away and don’t shake hands. We are limiting person-to-person contact. Fortunately, most of our work is performed outside or in remote areas of your home so that, along with our extra safety measures, we can keep the exposure risk low.
Of course, everyone is following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines about frequent hand-washing; avoiding touching eyes, nose and mouth; cleaning frequently touched objects often (iPads, phones, thermostats, etc.); and disinfecting their vehicles throughout the day.
We promise to put your well-being first and thank you for trusting us. We encourage you to call or email us with any questions or concerns as we navigate these challenges together.
With kindest regards,
Dana Spears, President
